We offer domestic shipping across India. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Returns or Exchanges

At Alankrit, we take great pride in delivering pieces crafted with love and care.
While we do not accept returns, we are happy to assist you with an exchange within 3 days of delivery in rare cases.

  • You have received an incorrect product.
  • Your product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Once verified, we will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a refund via UPI, as per your preference.

Refunds

 All pieces are carefully checked before dispatch, if however you notice any damage or incase of damage during shipping, we will replace it for you. Please reach out to us using our contact number or email us directly within 24 hours of receiving the piece to report a problem. We do not offer exchanges on purchases for hygiene reasons.
