Returns & Exchanges

At Alankrit, we take great pride in delivering pieces crafted with love and care.
While we do not accept returns, we are happy to assist you with an exchange within 3 days of delivery in rare cases where:

• You have received an incorrect product.

• Your product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for an exchange:

A clear unboxing video must be shared at the time of opening the package.

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned along with the original packaging and tags intact.

Requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.

Refunds

Once verified, we will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a refund via UPI, as per your preference.
